Effective strategies for creating communication and management systems that synergize cultural differences
Setting guidelines for respecting cross-cultural communication issues in meetings
Developing trust - preventing a 'two-camp' culture from emerging
Appropriate use of communication technology (teleconferencing, email, etc.) across language and cultural differences
Creating processes for confirming understanding and agreements
